Offering Botox, Dysport, and Xeomin
Neuromodulators are injectable treatments used to relax and soften the skin by restricting the facial muscles from contracting. Dr. Hubert offers Botox, Dysport, and Xeomin, all of which can reduce or erase wrinkles near the forehead, mouth, eyes, and other facial areas to refresh and revitalize your appearance.
Although each neuromodulator is used to address similar cosmetic concerns, one may provide better results than the other, depending on the location that’s being treated and the size of the area. Dr. Hubert will work with you to find the best solution to meet your aesthetic goals, taking into account the treatment area and how quickly you’d like to see results.
Botox is one of the most well-known neuromodulators. It produces visible results within 24 – 48 hours, although it may take up to a week in some cases. Botox is well suited for moderate to severe forehead lines, crow’s feet, frown lines between the eyebrows, and for lifting the eyebrows. It typically lasts for 3-6 months.
Dysport is the best option for treating larger areas where multiple injections of another neuromodulator would be needed. Although it treats many of the same cosmetic concerns as Botox, it may produce more desirable results for crow’s eyes and forehead lines. Dysport produces visible results in 2 – 3 days and lasts for an average of 3 – 6 months.
Xeomin works best for lines between the eyebrows, crow’s feet, fine lines above the lip, furrowed brows, and similar cosmetic concerns. It’s an ideal option for patients who have experienced Botox or Dysport tolerance. Xeomin produces visible results on an average of 2—3 days, although it may take up to a week in some cases. On average, it lasts for 3 – 6 months.
